Fee Structure Management
The Fee Structure Management feature allows you to manage the fee structure for the school. You can perform the following actions:
- Create fee structures: You can create different fee structures for different classes, subjects, and programs. You can specify the amount of fee, due date, and mode of payment (cash, cheque, online, etc.).
- Update fee structures: You can edit the fee structures at any time, including the fee amount, due date, and mode of payment.
- Delete fee structures: You can delete fee structures that are no longer needed.

Fee Collection Management
The Fee Collection Management feature allows you to manage the fee collection for the school. You can perform the following actions:
- Collect fees: You can collect fees from students, including the amount and the mode of payment. The system will automatically record the payment and update the student's account.
- Track fee collection: You can track the fee collection for each student, including the amount collected, the date of payment, and the mode of payment.
- Manage refunds: You can manage refunds for students who have overpaid or who have paid the wrong amount. The system will automatically update the student's account and generate a receipt for the refund.
Report Generation
The Report Generation feature allows you to generate reports on various aspects of the fee collection. You can generate the following reports:
- Reports on fee structures: You can generate reports on the fee structures for different classes, subjects, and programs, including the amount of fee, due date, and mode of payment.
- Reports on fee collection: You can generate reports on the fee collection for the school, including the total amount collected, the amount collected by mode of payment, and the amount collected by class and subject.
- Reports on fee dues: You can generate reports on the fee dues for students, including the amount due, the due date, and the number of days overdue.
