Book Management

The Book Management feature allows you to manage all the books in the library. You can perform the following actions:

  • Add new books: You can add new books to the library by entering details such as the title, author, ISBN, publisher, publication date, and number of copies. You can also upload an image of the book cover.
  • Update book information: You can edit the information of existing books, including the title, author, ISBN, publisher, publication date, and number of copies. You can also update the image of the book cover.
  • Delete books: You can delete books that are no longer needed in the library.

Member Management

The Member Management feature allows you to manage the library members. You can perform the following actions:

  • Add new members: You can add new members to the library by entering their personal information such as name, contact details, and address.
  • Update member information: You can edit the information of existing members, including their name, contact details, and address.
  • Delete members: You can delete members who are no longer associated with the library.

Circulation Management

The Circulation Management feature allows you to manage the circulation of books in the library. You can perform the following actions:

  • Issue books to members: You can issue books to members by selecting the member and the book and specifying the date of issue and the due date. The system will automatically track the issued books and calculate the due date.
  • Track issued books: You can track the books that are currently issued to members, including the member's name, book title, date of issue, and due date.
  • Manage return of books: You can manage the return of books by updating the status of the book and updating the member's information if necessary.

Report Generation

The Report Generation feature allows you to generate reports on various aspects of the library. You can generate the following reports:

  • Reports on books: You can generate reports on the books in the library, including the number of books, the books that are currently issued, and the books that are overdue.
  • Reports on members: You can generate reports on the members of the library, including the number of members, the members who have issued books, and the members who have overdue books.
  • Reports on circulation: You can generate reports on the circulation of books, including the number of books issued, the number of books returned, and the number of books overdue.
